Keeping Hawai'i Affordable

Propose a law that prohibits the purchase of land or homes from outside investors that do not occupy the residence immediately after the purchase has been completed for a minimum of two consecutive years. Propsing a tax plan that helps families stay in their homes for generations isntead of getting taxed out due to rising taxes and inflation. Help create a program that helps locate farmers to grow produce that makes Hawai'i Sustainable.
